SCHOLARSHIPS DESIGNATED WITH A "PRIORITY APPLICATION DATE OF FEBRUARY 15, 2005" WILL BE AWARDED BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2004 THROUGH AUGUST 1, 2005 BASED UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
