Thompson Minority Scholarship Guidelines 2009-10
AMOUNT AND TERM OF AWARD:
$2000 for the academic year, payable at $1000 per academic semester for each recipient
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RECEIVING THE SCHOLARSHIP:
- Students who qualify for in-state tuition
- Minority students
- Incoming freshmen must have a high school cumulative GPA of 3.00
- Must be a full-time student during each semester of the award
- Recipients must reside in ASU housing during the term of the award
- Students must apply for admission to ASU by February 1, 2009
- Students must submit a scholarship application by February 1, 2009
- U.S. citizens
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MAINTAINING SCHOLARSHIP:
Recipient must remain a full-time student and have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 and also successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours during the fall semester to receive the scholarship for the spring term.
