Perkins Master Promissory Notes Instructions
- Accept your Financial Aid offer as indicated on your award notice
- Complete the Perkins entrance interview at http://finaid.astate.edu/perkinsloan.shtml
- Sign your prepared Perkins Master Promissory Notes and Perkins Loan Disclosure form beginning August 1 to August 23, 2008. Your prom notes will be available in the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office.
- After classes begin, you may sign your Perkins Master Promissory Notes and Perkins Loan Disclosure within 7 business days from our receipt of your award notice.
- We are located in the Ring Student Services Center, Room 2078, and are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The Perkins Master Promissory Notes and Perkins Loan Disclosure MUST be completed otherwise your Perkins Loan funds will NOT be applied to your account. It is essential that all forms be completed prior to the beginning of the Fall semester.
Remember, you will also need to complete the Perkins Loan Entrance Interview Counseling each year that you are awarded the Perkins Loan.
